Dune View works equally well for couples after a quiet coastal break or small families wanting space without the burden of a large house. The apartment holds four people across two bedrooms—one with a super king bed, the other with zip-and-link twins that can be configured as needed. Both rooms have their own bathroom, so there's no queue for the shower. The living areas are open-plan, with a Smart TV and board games to hand, and the kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building in Sidmouth itself, reached by a few steps. It's a minute or two's walk to the seafront and the town's shops and restaurants; a pub is within a mile. An allocated parking space at nearby Bedford Lawn Car Park comes with the booking, with additional parking available locally. The property is non-smoking.
