The essentials are covered: bed linen, towels, wifi, and heating are all included.

The property has an enclosed garden with patio and furniture, where a back gate opens directly onto local parkland—helpful if you have a dog, and there's a washing machine tucked away near the kitchen. A pub sits within a mile. Note there are steep stairs inside and ten steps in the garden. Petersfield, with its shops and restaurants, is a short drive; the South Downs National Park is accessible for walking and outdoor activities. The cottage does not allow smoking.
