Brockdale Barn is a converted barn that works for extended families, groups of friends or multiple couples wanting separate space. It has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, all on the ground floor, sleeping 14 in total. Five bedrooms have kingsize beds; one has three singles. Each bedroom has an ensuite with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and toilet, plus a smart TV. A separate toilet is also available.
The main living areas include an open-plan space with a 65-inch smart TV and bi-fold doors opening to a courtyard dining area. The kitchen is fitted for cooking: electric oven, induction hob, combi microwave, American fridge freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. A separate utility room holds a second fridge freezer and washing machine. The games room has a pool table, table football, air hockey table, 75-inch smart TV and PlayStation 5. Ground source heating with solar panels, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.
Outside, a private courtyard contains a 14-foot swim spa and outdoor kitchen with gas pizza oven and barbecue (Easter to end October). There is garden furniture and a table tennis table. Parking is provided for five cars, with an electric car charging point and lockable bike shed. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. The property is in the Lincolnshire Wolds near Louth. Please note there is an unfenced lake 270 yards from the property. No smoking is permitted.

Wonderful holiday home suitable for up to 14 people. Well equipped with loads of games suitable for all ages. Swim up spa, table tennis, Wendy house, outdoor sports equipment. Massive fields surround the property with football goals and loads of footballs. Superb kitchen, lounge and dining room. All en suite bedrooms including a disabled bathroom for a wheelchair. So good we didn’t need to leave the property only to visit the local pubs for meals. Set in its own grounds with a house owned by the hosts nearby. Highly recommend.

An exceptional converted barn, the quality of finish is of a 5star hotel standard, great credit to the owner! 6 en suite bedrooms, huge kitchen, dining and lounge. Games room which will keep all ages happy and a huge hot tub! If you are getting together with family or friends, this is the place.
