Woody's Top is a converted property on the Lincolnshire Wolds with five en-suite bedrooms and accommodation for ten. The entire ground floor is one flowing space: a living area with woodburner and 55-inch screen, dining room opening onto a garden, and a kitchen equipped with two ovens, an induction hob, dishwasher and American fridge freezer. There's also a games room with a pool table and PlayStation 4. Bedrooms are spread across three kingsize and two pairs of single beds, each with its own bathroom. An enclosed south-facing garden contains a hot tub for eight, patio seating and a barbecue; parking is available for six cars.
The location sits within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, giving views across the Wolds and towards the coast. Louth is six miles away, a market town with three markets weekly, restaurants and independent shops. Horncastle, known for its antique dealers, lies about ten miles off. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for the woodburner are covered. No smoking throughout.

We had an amazing stay here with family over the Easter weekend. Everything about the accommodation is fantastic. Great quality furnishings, amazing views, spacious and very clean. The owners were friendly and very welcoming. It had everything you could think of for a holiday and our youngest loved the books, toys and outside toys they put out for our stay. We all loved the games room, particularly the older children and the hot tub was lovely. Thank you for a brilliant stay and we would highly recommend it.

Very, very nice place. Very quiet, no neighbours. Clean and tidy. Lots of things supplied on arrival tea,coffee, milk biscuits . Lovely outside space and hot tub. The owners are so nice and very helpful. BRILLIANT would go again.

The best Holiday home we have stayed in. 10 out of 10 for facilities, cleanliness, area and in fact for everything. We can't fault Woodys Top. The owners Tim and Sarah are so kind and nothing is too much trouble for them to make your holiday the best it can be. Sarah was there to greet us and to say goodbye when we reluctantly had to leave. We have no hesitation in highly recommending a holiday at Woodys Top.
