Everything is yours alone: the whole property, the enclosed gardens, the patio with outdoor kitchen, and private parking for four cars.

Four bedrooms spread across two floors provide generous accommodation for up to nine people. Three have king beds with en-suites featuring walk-in showers and heated towel rails; the fourth has three singles. Ground floor living flows between a smart TV and dining area into the kitchen, where cooking is straightforward thanks to an induction hob and dishwasher. A separate games room (pool table, PlayStation 5) opens onto the patio. Essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included.

The setting suits families and groups who want space to spread out—the farm track access and private estate feel isolate you from through-traffic. Louth, a Georgian market town with three weekly markets and independent restaurants, is seven miles away. Note that unfenced water features lie 100 metres beyond the grounds, and the property is for holiday and family bookings only.
