Coley Cottage is a one-bedroom property sleeping two, set on the grounds of the owner's home near Wainfleet. The ground floor contains an open-plan living space with a 32-inch TV, dining area and a kitchen equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer—everything needed to cook properly rather than rely on takeaways. Upstairs is a double bedroom and shower room. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, and there is an electric car charging point available at cost.

Outside, an enclosed garden offers a lawned area with seating and barbecue, plus a bike store and washing machine store. One car can park on site. The cottage is a short walk from the Woolpack Pub & Kitchen and within easy reach of Wainfleet's shops and restaurants. Skegness itself lies about 5 miles away. For those interested in nature, the marshes at Friskney and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve are nearby, both good for walks and birdwatching. No smoking is permitted. Please note there are 2 steps in the garden.

If you're looking for a holiday retreat for two, to explore the Lincolnshire coast, then you'll find no better place; at a very reasonable price. Located just a few minutes away from the A52 means that you can easily access Skegness, and the nearby seaside resorts north to Mablethorpe; a 15 mile or so journey South will take you to the town of Boston. The accommodation comes in the shape of a detached cottage, originating from a previous life as a barn; well appointed, with an open plan kitchen & lounge/diner to the ground floor. Upstairs there is a good sized double bedroom, with sufficient drawer and hanging space; complemented with a comfortable bed and well thought out lighting. There is also a shower/WC room accessed from the same landing area; thermostatically controlled electric radiators serve both floors. Entry to the cottage is via a small enclosed garden, equipped with seating for two and a brick barbecue; a secure bike shed is also available for use, with car parking adjacent to the cottage. Wainfleet itself has local a Co-op, Hotel/pub, fish and chip shop, all within a few minutes walk; there is also a local railway station, offering a service to Skegness to the North and Boston to the south.
