Eve’s Retreat

Eve's Retreat is a contemporary cottage at the quieter end of Wragby village, arranged across two floors with a direct advantage: a private gate from the back garden opens onto the adjacent gastro pub's beer garden, just 100 yards away. The ground floor holds a living room with Freeview Smart TV and a kitchen/dining space with electric cooking, microwave, fridge and washing machine, plus French doors to the garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with zip-and-link beds that convert between configurations, and a shower room with heated towel rail.

The property sleeps four and includes wi-fi, heating and all bed linen and towels. There's parking for three cars on site, a bike store, and both front and rear gardens—the back garden has artificial grass and seating. One well-behaved pet stays free. The cottage does not permit smoking.

Wragby sits on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, with the coast at Skegness and Mablethorpe roughly 30 minutes' drive east. Market Rasen racecourse is 15 minutes away, Louth's Georgian town centre about the same distance, and Lincoln cathedral city 25 minutes inland. Horncastle, known for antique dealers, is closer still. A shop and takeaways are 150 yards from the door, making it straightforward to pick up supplies or eat in.
