Glebe Farm Apartments and Lodge occupies 20 acres of farmland with open views across fields, yet sits only 30 minutes' drive from Lincoln. The grounds include a well-stocked fishing lake (coarse fishing free with a licence), good walking and cycling routes starting from the property, and space for genuine peace and quiet. A pub and village shop are under a mile away.

Apartment 1 is ground-floor self-contained accommodation sleeping up to 3 guests. It comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with electric hob and microwave, and a shower room. The essentials—electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels—are included. There is private parking for 2 cars and a shared sitting-out area with barbecue and furniture.

The location works well for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds, including Louth with its three weekly markets and Horncastle's antiques shops, or visiting Market Rasen racecourse. No smoking is permitted in the apartment. The grounds contain an unfenced lake, 50 yards from the property. One dog is welcome to stay.
