Apartment 2 at Glebe Farm is a single-bedroom unit in a converted farm building, set within 20 acres of grounds on the owner's working farm. The apartment is entirely on the ground floor: a living room with sofa bed and Freeview TV, a kitchen with hob and microwave, a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room. Everything is on one level, accessible from the entrance via a single step. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

The farm sits on open countryside with views across the fields, yet Lincoln—home to the cathedral, castle and Magna Carta centre—is about 30 minutes' drive away. Walking and cycling routes start from the door, and coarse fishing is available on the grounds (a licence is required). A pub and village shop are within walking distance. The surrounding area includes the Lincolnshire Wolds, the market town of Louth, Horncastle's antiques shops, and Market Rasen racecourse. You have private parking for two cars and access to a shared sitting-out area with barbecue. The 20-acre grounds contain an unfenced lake, 50 yards from the apartment. One pet is welcome. The property does not permit smoking.
