The Laurels - Reed Roost

Reed Roost is a ground-floor lodge where everything unfolds on one level: an open-plan living space with a sofa bed, a separate dining area, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. One bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite shower; the other contains two single beds served by a bathroom with bath and shower. A second ensuite means two people can get ready at once. Robes and slippers are provided, along with wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels.

Step through French doors onto a decked area where a private hot tub sits enclosed by the front garden. The location overlooks coarse fishing lakes, with Ingoldmells beach a mile away and Skegness another two miles beyond that. Gibralter Point Nature Reserve is within reach for birdwatchers, while Fantasy Island and Butlins offer family attractions nearby. Parking for two cars is private. Dogs stay free; a travel cot and highchair are available on request. The property is non-smoking.
