The Laurels - Sandy Shore

The Laurels sits on a quiet site where coarse fishing lakes front the properties and the sandy beach at Ingoldmells lies just 1.5 miles away. Skegness, with its amusements and aquarium, is 3.5 miles along the coast. Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve and its visitor centre are within reach for those interested in birdwatching, while Fantasy Island theme park and Butlins are close by for family outings. The local high street with shops, restaurants and pubs is about a mile away.

This ground-floor lodge sleeps six across two bedrooms—one double with an ensuite shower, one with two singles and access to a separate shower room. The open-plan living space has French doors opening onto a large decked area where the private four-person hot tub overlooks the water. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with a gas hob and electric oven. Parking for two cars is private; a travel cot and highchair are available on request. One dog stays free of charge.

Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered. The property is non-smoking throughout. Each lodge is built to a comfortable standard with robes and slippers provided, and there is an enclosed front garden with furniture for outdoor use.
