The Cart Shed stands on a working arable farm near Beverley, converted to holiday cottage standard while keeping original features like exposed beams and wooden floors. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make it workable for larger groups—a kingsize with ensuite on the ground floor, a double, and a pair of singles, plus a sofa bed in the open-plan upstairs living space. One dog stays free.

The ground floor has underfloor heating and connects the kitchen (electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave) to dining and living areas with a 55-inch TV and Netflix. Essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included; you can request a travel cot or highchair. An enclosed courtyard with seating looks out over the farm, and there's private parking for four vehicles plus an EV charging point. A communal games room with pool and darts is shared with the other properties on the site. Walking routes cross the farm itself. No smoking indoors.
