Corporation Farm Cottages - The Old Stables

The Old Stables is a converted barn on a working farm outside Beverley, sleeping up to 10 across five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Every room has its own ensuite, and the ground floor is arranged around an open-plan living space with a sun room, kitchen, and dining area, all fully equipped for self-catering. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; there is also a private hot tub for six, a bike store, and parking for five cars on site.

Bedrooms vary in size from a zip-and-link super king on the ground floor to twin single beds upstairs, each with a television. The first-floor rooms have walk-in showers; downstairs and upper bedrooms are accessible via three steps. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed. One dog stays free and can use the grounds, though it must be kept on a lead as the property is on a working farm. A fenced pond lies 50 yards away.

The converted barns retain original features including beams and wooden floors. A communal games room (shared with other properties on the site) has a pool table, darts and board games. Smoking is not permitted. The location suits large groups and families; Beverley itself is a market town with Georgian architecture, a minster, and independent shops within driving distance.
