Noko Retreats - Retreat II is a ground-floor property where everything unfolds from a single entrance. You step into an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating areas all visible at once, floor-to-ceiling glazing opening onto your private garden. Both bedrooms are king-size with ensuite bathrooms—one has a bath and walk-in shower, the other a shower—and there are smart TVs in each room and the living area. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and American fridge freezer.

Outside is genuinely yours alone: a hot tub for four, a private sauna, garden furniture and a covered veranda. Parking for two cars and an electric car charging point are on-site. Wifi, electricity, bed linen, towels and heating (air source heat pump with underfloor heating) are all included; there's also a travel cot and highchair if needed. The property is in countryside near Beccles, within reach of the Suffolk coast. No smoking.
