Rumburgh sits close enough to the Suffolk Heritage Coast that you can explore Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh without much effort. The RSPB reserve at Minsmere and the shingle beaches at Dunwich are nearby too. A pub is within a short walk, and the village has a small seasonal shop for local produce between May and October.
Wheelwright's Cottage is a one-bedroom property with a king and single bed, sleeping two. Downstairs there is an open-plan living and dining space with a working kitchen; a utility room with washing machine; and a shower room. The cottage sits on seven acres of shared grounds and has its own lawned garden with seating, plus parking for two cars. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and one pet stays free. The owners provide a welcome pack and can arrange bike storage by arrangement.
No smoking indoors. The property has narrow stairs and sits adjacent to the owners' own grounds, which contain a ditch.

Well situated for exploring Suffolk, especially the beautiful coast line. Lovely cottage with all the necessary features for a relaxed stay. Really appreciated the welcome basket with bread, eggs and delicious local apple juice. Dog friendly with a secure garden. Local pub within 10 minute walk where we found a warm welcome and good pub grub.
