Dougies Retreat

Pevensey Bay's pebble beach and seafront shops sit within walking distance of Dougies Retreat, a semi-detached bungalow on a single level. The property holds three bedrooms – two with double beds and one single – plus a shower room, so it works for families or small groups of five.

Everything happens on the ground floor: a living room with smart TV and sofa bed, a kitchen with electric cooker and hob for proper cooking, a sun room opening onto the garden, and bedrooms arranged for flexibility. The back garden has patio seating and a barbecue. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; heating is gas-fired. Two cars can park on site, though tall vans won't fit under the broadband cables. A travel cot and highchair are available. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
