Lovely accommodation very close to the sea. Very lovely and friendly staff, lovely breakfast with many options, and you are given a parking permit for an extra £2.35 a day which is very reasonable. We visited in August and it was very warm, making it harder to sleep so maybe adding a fan or some air conditioning would make this b&b even better!!

The breakfast was excellent. The hosts catered well for my daughter too. I had explained prior that she would need some support. But our room for 2 was crowded and small. We would have liked some space to breath. Plus I really struggled with my poor mobility walking up and down the stairs for breakfast. Not an ideal place if you suffer with painful knee osteoarthritis.

We spent a night in this lovely hotel near the seaside in Eastbourne. It was really wonderful time. I had a feeling like coming to my granny’s house because staff was so nice and supportive. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was exceeding any expectations. Totally recommend this place 💚

We loved it here . Room was spotless and we stayed an extra night as we loved it there. The staff was amazing nothing was to much trouble and the breakfast was everything you could ask for. It was Close to the sea front which was nice and I'm sure we will return . Mr and Mrs yeo
