Couldn’t be happier to find such a lovely place close to the theatre my elderly mum and I were attending. The owners are lovely and we had the best stay! They truly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I won’t hesitate to book again - we had the ALICE room and it was perfect. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Stayed here while visiting friends. Prompt check in. Lovely room. Very comfortable bed and generous provision of tea, coffee, biscuits and even mint chocolates. Shower good. Very good breakfast, quality ingredients nicely cooked. Definitely recommend. There is free parking on nearby streets and even though we didn't arrive till 6pm we managed to park within a couple of minutes walk.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Albert and Victoria Guest House in Eastbourne. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were not only excellent but genuinely kind, making my visit all the more enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, the seafront is just a stone’s throw away, with shops and the train station only a short walk beyond that. I highly recommend this charming guest house for your next holiday.

Lovely stay at the Albert & Victoria guest house in Eastbourne, was a solo trip to see a nearby show , Kendy was welcoming from arrival to departure, lovely room everything you need hair dryer fan ,kettle , lots of little touches . Lovely comfortable bed and pillows , good choices of breakfast. Right near the seafront , so glad I chose this guest house .
