About Croft House Eastbourne
Croft House occupies a period property in Eastbourne's Old Town, a quieter, more residential part of the town set back from the seafront around the parish church and Motcombe Gardens. Its handful of rooms are individually decorated rather than uniform, and the atmosphere is closer to a private home than a conventional hotel.
Breakfasts are cooked to order using local ingredients, served in a small dining room, and the owners are known for offering guidance on walking routes onto the South Downs, which rise directly behind the Old Town.
The guest house suits couples and solo travellers looking for a quieter base than the busy seafront, with the town centre and station both within easy walking distance, and it is often booked out well in advance thanks to its small size and strong repeat custom.
