2 night stay at this hotel, Richard is the perfect host. Very dog friendly, even gave my pooch a vegan sausage. The room is right across from the promenade/beach with a balcony to sit on. The shower room is external from the room but right across the hall, the room does have an ensuite toilet. The bonus was a fridge in the room.

We arrived there without booking and asked for two rooms and Richard and his wife were so kind and welcoming. It was such a pleasure to be there for two days. Beautiful view, wonderful rooms and an exceptional breakfast. We were so happy that we knocked at that door. Definetly want to come back again.

Wife, daughter and myself had virtually a week at the Iverna Hotel. For a two-star hotel it is first rate in that category. If you want slightly more lavish accommodation then, maybe, this isn't for you. It was clean, beds were comfortable and had all basic amenities - shower, wash basin, cupboard and draw spaces for clothes, tea/coffee making facilities, bedside lights. The breakfast was absolutely superb. A five star hotel could not have done better. OK, like other hotels it was under-booked to minimise the risk from Covid but nevertheless, the proprietor Richard and his wife at weekends were so friendly and hospital making us feel so welcome. It was just ideal for us and would return again if we stay in Eastbourne in the future.
