Weekend break. Booked the Saturday first, £44 night for 5 rooms each b and b. Then booked the Friday a few days before went down. Outstanding value, £28 for a large Seaview room b and b. Breakfast was ok, Luke warm and help yourself. Not a bad choice. A good start to the day. The staff at breakfast very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Only major criticism was bedroom windows either filthy dirty, condensation or just plain scratch to bits, but you can't see out to see the amazing beach view. Real shame spoilt the room. Very large bedroom and bed and bed very comfortable.

I have stayed here a few times and the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is a self service buffet with all the usual for a FEB. Parking permits for the seafront are available for a reasonable price. The WiFi is weak but functions.

Windows have not been cleaned for year's! Literally struggle to see out and when you do you unfortunately are drawn to the rubbish on the balcony and broken birds netting. Very simple to rectify yet ignore the reviews and spoil the great views. That said the price was good and for an overnight stay it was ok as somewhere stay. Would not bother with the breakfast and take a stroll plenty of options

I have previously been sent a message from booking.com about reviewing this hotel for some reason I didn't get a chance to actually do this and it appears we didn't like it i never said that we love the hotel it is generally very well priced the seaview rooms are lovely and have everything you need the breakfast is absolutely fine and the staff work really hard to make sure you have a comfortable stay
