I really love the hotel is “Rooftop Hydropool”This is its most famous feature, offering an open-air heated pool that provides views over the Edinburgh skyline. Also “Thermal Suite”typically highlight the variety of heat and water experiences, including saunas, steam rooms, and aromatherapy rooms. I loved is relaxing and quiet busy. Highly recommended that hotel guests book spa access and treatments well in advance of their stay, as capacity is often limited. The restaurant is variety of choice…High quality! Very good service. Nice people! Appreciate it!

This is an extremely high quality hotel, deserves the 5☆ rating. From check in to check out nothing was too much trouble and everything was top quality. As Titanium we were upgraded to a castle view suite. Lounge is spacious and chilled and the staff are amazing, topping up wine every ten minutes. Breakfast is fabulous in the lounge, plenty of local dishes, vegetarian saussages a nice touch. Every staff member we encountered seemed genuinely pleased to see us and happy in their jobs. Special mention to Adam, concierge manager who was everywhere and so enthusiastic and charming. Only very small downside was the spa we paid extra for. It was lovely but the rowdy hen party who were shouting, vaping, and taking pictures which we were specifically told was against the rules. We only stayed one hour of our 3 hour booking because of this. Otherwise can't wait to visit again.

This Sheraton has the best staff I have ever encountered. We were immediately greeted and the check in staff was very friendly and helpful. I personally want to thank the GM - Martijn Zengerink, Ryan, and the concierge team of Massimo, Paul, and Marcin. Everyone went above and beyond, and really made our experience pleasant and easy. The hotel is very nice and clean. We were lucky to get a view of Edinburgh Castle which was amazing. The hotel’s location is great and the area is very walkable. We enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast and all the amenities. We truly had the best time in Edinburgh and would 100% stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa again.

I have stayed at the Sheraton multiple times, and each time I have stayed in a suite which has been immaculate. The hotel consistently delivers a high standard of comfort and service. During our most recent stay, the Club Lounge experience was made exceptional by Sumit. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly nature stood out from the moment we arrived. He never let our glasses go empty, was always on hand to help, and greeted us with a genuine smile. Sumit’s outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable and is a real credit to the Sheraton team. We look forward to returning again soon.
