I had a great time at Tenpin Edinburgh Fountain Park. It’s a fantastic place to go with friends or family if you’re looking for some fun and entertainment. The bowling lanes were well maintained, and everything was organised nicely. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, making it a perfect spot to relax and have a good time. There are also other games and activities available, which makes the experience even better. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. The venue itself was clean and tidy, and everything felt comfortable and well looked after. Overall, I had a really enjoyable experience at Tenpin Fountain Park and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun day or evening out in Edinburgh.

Have visited many times, great vibe and music, bowling lanes are nice and long. The lights make everything look great. We always spend time playing pool/arcade after, there are also machines to get £1 coins from with your bank card. Staff are always lovely as we order drinks to the lanes and there is security in there too so feels safe

I had a really disappointing experience at Tenpin Edinburgh today. My friends and I are regular visitors and usually come here almost every week, but this visit was very different. We booked online as usual and were assigned a lane near the counter. I currently have wrist pain, so I chose not to play and just sit and enjoy the time with my friends. We were aware of the rule that only 3 players are allowed, and only 3 of my friends were playing. However, a senior staff member closed our lane mid-game and questioned why I was sitting with my group if I wasn’t playing. He insisted that I should move to another seating area near the drinks section.🙄 This didn’t make sense—bowling is a social activity, and sitting away from my friends defeats the whole purpose of being there together. Also this is COMMON SENSE. Even after explaining, he continued to monitor us and made us feel uncomfortable😥. When we asked why our lane was closed, we were told to speak to the manager. The manager acknowledged that we are regular customers but still supported the decision and tell us like sit there but dont play. What made this more frustrating was that we saw other lanes with 5–6 people present, where only a few were actually playing, yet they were not treated the same way. There is a couple , they Oplay for 1 player game .. both are playing by one ... at that point I feel like racism. You are judging people .. we pay for 3 games and 3 players ... this not 1st time we see Bolling ... but we don't wanna spoil mood .. we try to enjoy ever evening. 🫠😔 This experience left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. As an international student, this was honestly one of my worst experiences here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures fair and respectful treatment for all customers.
