Its rooms include doubles, twins and king-size options, furnished with memory foam mattresses and finished to a comfortable, unfussy standard.
The restaurant places a strong emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, particularly fish and seafood landed on the nearby coast, alongside meat and vegetables from Moray producers, and the bar carries a solid selection of wines, ales and whiskies to match.

Never stayed here but just had our 3rd visit in 4 months for an evening meal. Lovely restaurant with a relaxing, friendly atmosphere. Food is amazing and the service is faultless. The staff are smart, friendly and welcoming and definitely a credit to the place.

Elgin is a beautiful town. Hotel is a walking distance from center. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, super comfy & soft king size beds, good bathrooms. Hotel had outside tables to enjoy snacks /drinks in the sun. There is also a wintrr garden room / greenhouse area for beauitful sun soaked afternoons - to enjoy.

Very disappointing experience at the Summing Hill Hotel restaurant. While eating my soup, a maggot fell from the ceiling onto the table, which I photographed. I informed a member of staff, who simply picked it up and walked away as if it was nothing serious. We were told they would ‘check it out,’ but throughout the rest of the meal there was no apology, no explanation, and no gesture of goodwill or discount offered. Completely unacceptable hygiene standards and poor customer service.

Nice Scottish hotel, delicious locally sourced food served in the restaurant although watch out for the ridiculously hot plates - I ended up in A&E with a burn on my finger.
