Nice local pub set in a quiet village street. Busy at weekends though limited footfall during the week. Great place for a quiet pint and a chat with the friendly barstaff. Serves food until 8 ish but can bring in takeaway to eat in the bar after the kitchen closes. Large TV in the bar. Rooms behind are clean, modern and reasonably spacious. A highlight of our stay was the peace and quiet. Rooms are in a separate part of the building where the only sound is the cawing of crows in the trees outside. Very peaceful and recommended for a stay in the area.

Nice pub. Didn't stay over so can't comment on the rooms. Service was great. I visited on a Monday evening so they only had basket meals. But the food was good and inexpensive.

Great local pub, great food, lovely staff, great beer, lovely locals make us feel welcome, we popped in for some food when cycling and staggered out at closing time very happy 👍🏻

Room was ok needs new mattress and pillows with pillow protectors on , the flush button was broken in the bathroom the kettle had seen better days , location was beautiful plenty of parking the breakfast was good no complaints there just needs some tlc wood I stay again the answer is a firm no .
