The cinema is spacious, there’s a variety of modes to watch films on, screens are nicely sized, and audio is good too. In terms of accessibility, while there is a ramp outside of the establishment, the actual screening rooms are very dim in the stairs portion, and there’s no railing, so not great for visually or physically impared people. Finally, the toilets weren’t great. Most were clogged/dirty. The only normal cubical had a very small clothing hook and no casing for the flush.

Went to watch Michael at the Imax. Movie experience was nice however our movie was at 10:20 and they only had popcorn left! If you are offering movies later in the evening please make sure you have everything on the menu.

I had such a great experience at Cineworld thanks to Lisa. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and made the whole experience so much easier. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, taking the time to make sure everything was sorted without making us feel rushed. Good cinema. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Sound quality is not great though. Too loud- it can cause tinnitus. My ears were ringing for hours after the movie. They need a sound engineer so we can enjoy movies with sound that is immersive not jarring. Toilets are clean but smell awful- they need a vent to air out smells.
