Great little cl site. Close to bus route that will take you into Clacton (with all the restaurants/cafes/pubs/shops you need) or through to Colchester. Large flat pitches, all grass but seemed very firm even for the motorhome. Bit of noise from the road but not excessive. Had a lovely weekend and will return.

Tucked behind a modern farm shed on a working farm. Central location for Clacton or Brightlingsea. EHC and a flat field, it's pretty quiet and peaceful. There is a fishing lake but not easy to get to as it's through a field with cows. Would be great if the site was next to the lake but hey, it's not. Plain straight forward CL .

Really nice quiet CAMC members only CL on a farm, just outside Clacton. Bus stop on the main road takes you into Clacton or further. About a 3 mile walk to the coastal path. Nice walks in the area and flat for cycling too. Easy walk into St Osyth with good shops, pubs and restaurants. The site is fairly flat well mown grass with large ehu pitches. Next to the large farm barn is the water, waste and recycling point. Owners were friendly and helpful. Less than £20 per night. Would stay again as there is lots to see and do in the area.

Very welcoming owners. The field was wet so we stayed on the hard track at the entrance. An extension lead has been brought for us to access the electric for our motorhome. Very good and quiet location.
