1 Lamb Barn

1 Lamb Barn is a single-storey timber conversion set near St Osyth Priory in Tendring, on the Essex coast. Everything happens on the ground floor: an open-plan living space with a kitchen that has an electric oven and induction hob, a dining area, and a sitting room with Freeview Smart TV. The bedroom holds a super king bed, with a separate bunk bed area for children. The bathroom combines a roll-top bath and walk-in shower.

Out the back is a private enclosed garden with furniture, a BBQ, a hot tub and an ice bath. One well-behaved pet stays free. The essentials—electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels—are covered, and there is parking for two cars (an electric vehicle charging point is available at cost). No smoking inside. St Osyth has its own sandy beach; Clacton-on-Sea, with a pier and promenade, is close by, and Brightlingsea, Frinton-on-Sea and Walton-on-the-Naze are all within half an hour's drive.
