I haven't stayed at the hotel itself, but I've eaten in the restaurant more times than I can count. This place really understands value for money. The food has an almost home-cooked quality to it, which is increasingly rare these days. Portion sizes are generous, the food is consistently excellent, and overall it's a great dining experience. I've not quite given 5 stars for service, as it can vary slightly depending on who's working, but it's generally very good and certainly doesn't detract from the experience. Overall, this restaurant rarely disappoints. If you're looking for hearty, well-cooked food at sensible prices, it's definitely worth a visit.

The hotel has a quiet, quaint, old-world quality. This doesn't in any way diminish its appeal. The bed was firm, and I had enough pillows. You can see the details in the video. The reason I'm giving a 4-star for service is because I waited almost 25 minutes to get a sticky toffee pudding and ice-cream. The dessert was lush and yummy, but the waiting was upsetting. The location is about 10 minutes drive from Falkirk High, and a 7-minute walk to TESCO Express (if you needed staples).

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel—it truly has everything you need for a perfect visit. The location is ideal, the staff are warm and attentive, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I only had breakfast, but it was delightful—fresh, varied, and delicious. I would absolutely return—this place is a gem!
