About Park View
Park View keeps things simple with a bar on site, so there's somewhere to unwind with a drink before or after a day out, and outdoor seating and a picnic area for guests who'd rather sit outside. It's a straightforward base at 2 Park Crescent in Falmouth, aimed at visitors who want somewhere comfortable to return to rather than a destination in itself.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms and free WiFi, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children. Reception is staffed around the clock, which helps with flexible arrivals, and free on-site parking makes driving into Falmouth or further round Cornwall easy.
Pubs, bars and restaurants are all within reach nearby, so there's no shortage of options beyond the property's own bar. Walking and cycling routes, golf, fishing and watersports are all close by too, and the area offers entertainment for those wanting more than a quiet stay. Park View suits guests who want a comfortable, no-fuss stopover with easy access to what Falmouth and the surrounding coast have to offer.

This is a very nice place for accommodation. Modern check-in system with coded front door and room door. The room itself is more than adequate and was lovely and clean. There was a small kitchenette for use. Also table and chairs if required. There were even 2 fans in the room for our use. A separate shared kitchen with all required items a normal household kitchen has. Location wise was good. Away from the hussle of the main town street which was only 10 minutes walk away. A nice park was straight opposite the accommodation which was good for a stroll. Out room looked over it which was very nice indeed. Looking at the rest of the rooms on the website, all rooms including one 2 bed apartment were all just as lovely. I highly recommend this place if visiting Falmouth. We only stayed for two nights which was not quite enough. So hopefully will be able to come back one day.

What an excellent stay! So much so that we extended by 2 nights and thankfully they were available each night! We booked the Bosuns apartment for a family of 4 and it had everything we needed. Rooms were lovely and my neices really loved their stay. Plenty of space, well maintained and excellent kitchen facilities within our apartment. The apartment was extremely hot when we arrived but 1 message to the team and on a Sunday within an hour we had a fan delivered. There's a communal kitchen for thise staying in rooms and also a washing machine in there we can all use. We sat in the communal kitchen a couple of times and met another lovely guest. Great little social space! There was a lady from housekeeping coming around for thoae that were in rooms or checking out and she was extremely helpful on dealing with a personal situation we shared. Locations is excellent too.... 5 - 10mins walk from the town, and 15 mins walk to the beach. 100% would stay again. Thank you to the owner and all staff who dealt with us. We will definitely be back!

Large building, fully renovated, with large, comfortable rooms. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, Access is by codes, no keys and no personnel on site. Loved the beautiful park right in front of the building.
