Falmouth's stretch of coastline is never far away at Roseland House, a B&B on Trescobeas Road where several rooms look out towards the sea. The surrounding countryside and coast path make this a practical base for walking or cycling, while the town itself is close enough for an evening out.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, free WiFi and drinks provided, and reception is staffed around the clock for whenever guests arrive or need something sorted. Free on-site parking means a car isn't a burden here, which is useful given how spread out Cornwall's attractions can be.

Went during the Sea Shanty festival, grossly overpriced, clearly cashing in on the demands of the festival. Something like ten bedrooms with only one shower room and one bathroom, the only toilets were situated in these rooms, with the shower in the shower room being stone cold. Bedrooms are small but the beds are pretty comfortable

we stayed at the room n.1 and it was amazing! room was perfectly clean, comfortable beds, sink, tv, a lot of sockets are in the room. there are a small kettle in the room, with tea and a coffee bags and biscuits, we loved it! ✨ even though the toilets and a shower are shared but they are always very clean and the kitchen facilities are amazing(iron, oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle and much more). I will definitely recommend this place! well worth the money! and I wish we could stay longer that only 2 nights, as it was so good 😊 THANK YOU!!!❤️

Comfy bed, wet room usable but appeared unfinished, no emergency pull cord, nowhere to put shower things. Stayed there for a whole month and when I had to ask to have my bedding changed and room cleaned as I was forgotten about, the bedding was changed but the room nor wet room was cleaned and not hoovered. No disabled parking at first so had to ask, then was put by the bins and smokers/ drinkers outside. Bit like student accommodation at hotel prices with poor service.

It is in a nice location, good distance from town. It was clean and nice and the facilities were great but the downside was the bed was hard and uncomfortable, despite having soundproofing listed as an amenity you could still hear practically everything if someone walked by or when they opened a door. But this might have been just bc we had the room right by the front door.
