Step into one of the three rooms at Seaview Inn and the first thing you notice is the water: Falmouth's harbour stretches out beyond the window, with comfortable, straightforward accommodation that puts sea views ahead of frills. It's a small operation by design, tucked on Wodehouse Terrace, which makes for a quieter stay than the town's larger hotels.
Downstairs, the pub does the heavy lifting. Expect a log fire, a pool table and a properly relaxed atmosphere, with Verdant and other craft beers on tap alongside an Indian menu that runs to flavourful curries and a decent spread of vegetarian dishes. Breakfast is included, and there's a bar and restaurant on site, free WiFi throughout, and free on-site parking for anyone driving down. Staff are friendly and the service has been singled out as a strong point.

Great pub, part of the reason we stopped in Falmouth was to visit a couple of Verdant bars. The pub decor didn't shout at being "Verdant", but there were great beers on tap (Flux 4 being our favourite). We also need to eat and the Indian menu didn't disappoint either in flavour or volume of food. And coming from London that's not "London prices" for Verdant quality beers.

Outstanding!! Food is mega - have now eaten three times in The Seaview Inn and cannot fault anything. From the chicken wings and momos as small sharers to the full on desk experience of a dry keema curry, alongside matar paneer and palak chicken this place rocks!! The sizzler is something special too - would highly recommend for any order. Naans are brilliant, beautifully fluffy rice and all accompanied by a completely relaxed and informal backdrop of a wonderful pub. Everything about seaview works - we really love it in there!!

A lovely pub, with some of the best views of Falmouth harbour out from the front. There's cask Verdant (as well as keg), and really tasty desi-pub food. A cool crowd normally in attendance with sport on TV if you like (but pretty chill and unrowdy).
