Manager -Katie- helped us to navigate what would be safe and further cooked the food separately for one of our kids, due to anaphylaxis to certain foods. I have a business trip to Farnborough each month and always choose Premier Inn for my stay. It’s an excellent combination of price and quality. Staff is very friendly, especially Kinia. She happened to be the one welcoming me almost each visit. She’s very professional, always there and ready to help.

The Europarks car park next to the hotel, although convienient their App online payment system works, but omly in their favor! For example you cannot extend without starting a new session cisting you extra. To pay at the machines is not much better. I recommend not using this car park. Other users of the car park informed me the same. Use the Meads car park in stead.
