Chris is a welcoming host and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The premises are clean and well maintained and our room was very comfortable, quiet and well equipped. We had the amazing breakfast, which I thoroughly recommend. We loved the views and the location is peaceful but close to the shops, restaurants and train station. Ideal base for exploring Fife or Edinburgh

Friends stayed here last week and just loved it. Their expectations were surpassed. We visited the room and saw the owner's mother's paintings - delightful. The bay and iconic bridge views are spectacular. We plan to recommend it to other friends.

We stayed at Chris's guesthouse for about a week, a place with a beautiful view, an excellent location, about half an hour by train from Edinburgh. Chris was very friendly and helpful with a listening ear who always helped us with any questions, highly recommended.

There's a reason why this B&B has such high reviews. Hosts Chris and Claire were absolutely wonderful. They treated us like family from the moment we arrived. Super helpful in helping coordinate our plans for every place we wanted to visit. Our room was spacious and the view was fantastic. The B&B is in quiet town just outside Edinburgh with a two minute drive to the train station and a 5 minute drive to a small beach/pier. Definitely would stay here again on our next visit to Scotland.
