Invergyle is one of three apartments created from Liquorstane House, a listed building that has been extensively restored after years as a hotel and masonic lodge. The ground floor now houses the local pharmacy, while the apartments occupy the upper storeys, their large windows letting in plenty of light. The original entrance hall and staircase have been carefully preserved, maintaining the building's character alongside modern finishes throughout.
The entire first-floor apartment is yours alone. An open-plan living and dining area with a Freeview Smart TV connects to a kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom one is a zip-and-link king bed that converts to twin singles on request; bedroom two is a double. There is one bathroom with a shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and you have allocated parking for two cars on site.
Falkland is a conservation village built around its 16th-century palace, with cobbled streets, independent shops, tea rooms and restaurants within easy walking distance. The Falkland Estate's 560 hectares of woodland are nearby for exploring. The property does not permit smoking.
