Rivendale 52 sits within a coastal resort setting near St Andrews in Fife, where shared facilities include a sauna, steam room and gym alongside the on-site grounds. The lodge itself is a single-storey property with two bedrooms—one with a king bed and ensuite, one with two singles and a shower room—plus a snug with a sofa bed, so it sleeps six. An open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and seating areas; the kitchen has a gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, and there is a separate utility room for storing outdoor equipment.
Entirely private to you, the lodge comes with an enclosed decking area that wraps around a sunken hot tub for four. The decking is furnished with garden seating, and the enclosed design means a dog can safely spend time outside while you use the tub. Gas central heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all provided. Parking for two cars is included. One small dog is welcome; the property is non-smoking. This works well for families, groups of friends wanting a relaxed break, or golfers using St Andrews as a base—the resort sits close enough to make it a natural choice, though guests will need to arrange their own transport into the town.
