Rivington 32

Rivington 32 is a single-storey lodge set on extensive grounds in the Fife countryside. Three bedrooms accommodate six guests: a kingsize with ensuite shower, two singles, and a bunk room. The main living area is open-plan, with a fully equipped kitchen (gas oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave), a dining space, and a lounge with smart TV and electric fire. A second bathroom serves the other bedrooms. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided, and gas central heating keeps things warm.

The property's defining feature is the private hot tub on the decking, with garden furniture for sitting out. On-site facilities—a sauna, steam room and gym—are shared with other properties. Parking is available for two cars. One small dog is welcome; smoking is not permitted. The beach lies 4½ miles away, with a pub and restaurant at the same distance. St Andrews is a few miles further, and the Fife coastline offers numerous seaside towns within reach for day trips.
