Everything is on the ground floor: a combined living and kitchen space, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and en-suite, the other with twin single beds), and a separate shower room. The kitchen has what you need to self-cater properly, with a gas oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave among the basics.

Outside, a decking area holds the private hot tub and garden furniture. The views across the countryside justify soaking in it. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; you'll need to bring your own if you smoke elsewhere, as the property itself is non-smoking. There's parking for two cars on-site. The nearest pub and restaurant are roughly 4½ miles away, as is the beach. One well-behaved dog is welcome to join you.
