Garmouth is a small village in Moray, nine miles from Elgin, where the River Spey meets countryside that stretches toward the coast. March Brown sits within easy reach of the Spey Viaduct Walk, river paths that lead all the way to Spey Bay, and the beaches at Lossiemouth ten miles away. The village itself has a sensory garden and a coffee roastery, and several golf courses lie nearby, including Garmouth and Kingston Golf Club just across the road.
The property is a single-storey cottage with everything on one level: two bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds), a shower room, and an open-plan living space with a wood burner and patio doors onto the garden. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Both bedrooms have smart TVs. Outside, a large lawned garden wraps around the cottage with patio seating, a BBQ, and space for three cars. There is an electric car charging point and a bike store. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and initial logs for the burner are included.
The cottage suits families and couples equally well. No smoking is permitted. Elgin, with its museums, swimming and go-kart facilities, is reachable in about twenty minutes by car via the A96.
