Hoad Farm Cottages

Hoad Farm Cottages consists of three separate barn conversions arranged around a courtyard on land that has been farmed since medieval times. The whole property is yours alone, making it suitable for large groups, extended families or gatherings of up to 12 people. Each cottage has its own kitchen, living and dining space, and the layout means different groups within your party can have some privacy while remaining connected. Ground floor facilities and on-site parking are available.

The six bedrooms vary between super king, king, double and single beds, and each has its own television. All six bathrooms are ensuite or nearby—some with baths, others with showers or both. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchens range from basic to well-equipped; one includes a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Wi-fi and electricity are included in your stay. One well-behaved pet per booking is welcome. A courtyard with shared garden furniture and a barbecue lies at the heart of the site, along with a children's play area. The setting is rural and quiet, though it is near enough to Folkestone for easy day trips. Note that there is a pond within the grounds.
