Olive Tree Cottage

Olive Tree Cottage is a converted barn on Hoad Farm, a countryside location with on-site parking for two cars. The ground floor is open-plan, combining living, dining and kitchen areas—there's a smart TV, DVD player, and a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and washer-dryer, so you can cook proper meals and manage laundry independently. One bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ensuite shower; the other has two singles and shares access to a bathroom with a bath and shower. Both bedrooms open onto a shared enclosed courtyard. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

Outside, lawned grounds surround the property with a gazebo, garden furniture and a shared barbecue area. There's a children's play area on site. A pond is present in the grounds. The farm is positioned to reach the Kent coast and Canterbury within a short drive, making it workable for both a quiet countryside stay and exploring the wider region. One dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.
