Nice minimalistic campsite with a friendly and helpful owner. Only accessible to hikers and cyclists—no motorized vehicles allowed. The campsite has some nice features for those travelling by leg strength: good pitches, and an old trailer with glass doors to get out of the rain and wind. Inside, there’s a power point for charging phones and power banks, a small one-pot stove, and some pans. The owner also provides some minimal staples like eggs and honey. There’s a simple shower and a bio-toilet. Perfect for those travelling the Caledonia Way.

We absolutely loved this campsite! The perfect overnight stop after the late afternoon boat crossing from Jura to Tayvallich. The campsite was so thoughtfully set up, and we loved spending the evening in the trailer reading the books. Highly recommend to any cyclist or walker passing by - it’s a magic spot and Chris was really friendly and welcoming.

One of the loveliest Scottish campsites I have stayed at!! Really friendly owners, great view, the shelter is just perfect and you can buy oats/eggs/milk! Would totally recommend :)

I really loved this campsite, it's minimal but has everything you need. The sheep were very welcoming and made for great company. If arriving by bike, leave a little extra time as you'll need to unload your bike at the bike shed and hike your bags up the small hill to the campsite. Thanks Chris!
