Gateshead

Gateshead's countryside edges give way to this substantial Georgian farmhouse, a listed building that has been thoroughly modernised without losing its period bones. The property sleeps 18 across six bedrooms and five bathrooms, making it suitable for large family groups, celebrations or corporate gatherings. It sits on enclosed grounds with woodland surroundings, yet the A1 and Newcastle city centre are only minutes away.
The ground floor holds a spacious living room with a gas woodburner, a kitchen and dining room large enough for everyone to eat together, and a games room. Bedrooms are distributed across all three floors, with most having ensuite facilities. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Outside, a hot tub for seven, a firepit, garden furniture and parking for five cars are at your disposal. Inside, a private bar and a fully equipped kitchen mean you can cater for yourselves entirely. The property does not permit smoking.
Those visiting appreciate the scale of the accommodation, the quality of the finishes, and the sense of seclusion the grounds provide despite proximity to urban amenities. The peaceful setting suits groups wanting both entertainment and escape.

Really well presented, great location and the rooms were excellent. Very easy booking process and fast at responding to any questions. The hot tub was a welcomed bonus as the view from it is beautiful. I stayed here on a Stag Party and it was the perfect location for the 20 of us.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully converted stables! The location was excellent, being only a short drive outside of the city centre, but feeling like you are tucked away in the countryside. It offered the ideal balance for a relaxing getaway, with the added bonus of having plenty of activities and attractions close by. The spacious living area was perfect for entertaining our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, socialise, and enjoy meals together without ever feeling cramped. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the whole place had a fresh, modern feel throughout. The highlight, without a doubt, was the large hot tub. It was well-maintained, easy to use, and the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings after exploring the area. A great place for a comfy, spacious countryside break - quiet and relaxing, but still really close to the city centre. We’d definitely go back!

We visited TyneView with family, staying in The Stables, and what a perfect venue it is. Lots of land for the littles (or bigs) to run round, and a hot tub to unwind at the end of the day. The decor is gorgeous and the huge open plan living area is fantastic for socialising. 10/10 stay!
