Sofitel London Gatwick

About Sofitel London Gatwick

Sofitel London Gatwick is a substantial hotel of 518 rooms, built to serve the constant flow of travellers through Gatwick's North Terminal, to which it connects directly. Its scale and polished, French-flavoured style set it apart from the smaller budget options nearby, making it a comfortable base whether you're breaking a long journey or starting one early the next morning.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and free WiFi, with accessible rooms available and drinks in room for those who want to settle in without leaving the building. The hotel houses a restaurant and bar area, serves breakfast, and has a gym on-site to stretch out after a flight. Business travellers are well catered for too, with meeting rooms, business services and concierge support, while childcare is available for families passing through. A garden offers a rare patch of green so close to the runway, and the hotel also handles weddings and events.

Beyond the terminal doors, the surrounding area has pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby, along with a golf course for anyone with time to spare between flights. Laundry service is on hand for longer stays or last-minute repacking. It's a hotel built around convenience above all else, and it delivers that with little fuss.
