Just had my daughters party here. And it was really disappointing. It was chaotic. No atmosphere. No party host. No one telling us what was happening or making the party feel in any way special. Stuffed us in a room with little direction, way too busy. We did lazer quest at breahead for my sons birthday at the start of the month and that was miles better. Go to that one where we had a dedicated host and space to breathe

My kids were invited to a party here. Awful. Absolutely freezing, (had to keep baby in snowsuit) no room to move in waiting, moved to "party room", even less space. Very run down. Grubby marks not cleaned prior to our entry, seats and tables. Clueless with allergies. Asked if the pizza was dairy free (notified of allergies beforehand). Yes, its gluten free. I said no, is it dairy free. Yes its gluten free. I said thats not the same thing. He replied I assume its fine. If she eats dairy, she'll be hospitalised in under an hour. Oh, I'll go check. The kids are crammed in with no space. But made climb over 1 another to get drinks poured, rather than staff just going round tables like anywhere else to pour. Definitely in need of a refurb. Would never book a party here. Felt sorry for my friend, as she booked it based on reviews, does make me wonder if those are PAID reviews, coz all in attendance felt the same. Other had been to lasertag elsewhere and really enjoyed it. Avoid! 1 star is merely coz there isn't an option for zero.

Book somewhere else. Chaotic from arrival. Party room floor not clean. Kids asked to leave party room and go to reception for juice - makes no sense why are we hiring a party room? Laser games always fun but when that's over its mayhem. The main area has cafe, amusement, toilets, VR games and is also a waiting room for anyone not in a game or a party. We were then kicked out pg party room 20 minutes before end of the party - so it could be cleaned for next group. Clearly understaffed. Set up to over promise and under deliver. Dont make an expensive mistake.

TAKE JACKETS AND WARM CLOTHES! Apparently there is an ongoing problem with the heating! It was freezing to sit there while the kids did 3 games. It's not 3 games in a row, there is 20 mins between rounds so we were sitting there as adults for nearly 2 hours, it was unbearable! We went to at least get a warm coffee as they had a coffee machine but they only had tea or very strong black coffee (I can only drink decaf). Why do they not have a notice on the website or tell you when you book so you can cone prepared with warm clothes. I feel so sorry for the one girl working as she has to work in it every day (is that even legal??) Anyway for the price we paid we will be going somewhere else next time.
