What visitors say
Great place to take kids roller skating with fantastic staff who take the time to teach brand new skaters the basics and those a bit more confident other tricks. On Sunday a staff member was teaching my daughter how to skate backwards. You get an hour and a half of skate time which is great and can get elbow/knee pads free of charge which is very useful if you have new skaters with you. They also do adult only times but I've never been to any of those. I'm sure they're great though. They serve Food which is very reasonable. We usually just get a pizza to share. Staff are fantastic at their jobs. I had a fall on Sunday and while the first aider checked me over other staff members made sure my kids where still supervised skating and having fun. They also gave me extra ice packs to make sure I got home comfortably. Couldn't thank them enough for all their help and will be back to skate once my shoulder heals lol. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to try skating or who has skated for a long time. Great place.

Booked for my daughter’s 10th birthday, admittedly because her first choice of the ice rink was closed so I suggested this. I think this was a much better choice! Every single member of staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful, any queuing was well organised but also minimal. I had a birthday cake & they kindly gave me reusable plates to serve it from. Staff informed me that the stewards on the rink would give help & skating tips to anyone who asked. One child in our party had a fall & they promptly formed a human barrier whilst a staff member helped them off & checked them over. We ended up being the last to leave our session which was the 2nd of 3 that day & I was so impressed how quickly they turned around cleaning the whole place before the next session came in! Finally I loved how the hire skates are all different & fun looking & not like the “blue wellies” you get at the ice skating!!!

Thanks for letting people know that you’re sold out at the door. It’s not like people were waiting outside in the cold for about 30 minutes just to be told within the first five seconds of the opening that you’re fully sold out Your reception is why I left this review, looks and acts like the Principal from Matilda.

I’ve only been skating for a few months but I’m loving it. One of the reasons for my love for it is Roller Stop. All the staff are just fab. So many have helped me, they’ve changed the wheels on my skates and given hints and tips. At 44, I thought I might be too old to learn but I was wrong. I can’t recommend this place enough - all the staff are worth their weight in gold. Attached a picture of me at the Halloween roller disco
