Stayed here recently & honestly had a great experience. The location is perfect super central & easy to get around Glasgow, whether you’re walking or hopping on public transport. The staff were really welcoming! & helpful from the moment I arrived, which made the whole stay feel relaxed & easy. There was a slight delay with check in but our room was clean, comfortable, & had everything we needed, plus the Wi-Fi was reliable which is always a bonus. What stood out most was how good the value was for such a convenient spot. It’s not trying to be over the top luxury, but everything was done well & felt genuinely comfortable. I slept well, had no issues at all & would definitely stay again next time I’m in the city. Great little find if you want somewhere friendly & hassle free😎

Our experience with Charing Cross Hotel was extremely disappointing. We had a confirmed booking for 4 adults, yet upon arrival, the hotel refused to provide us with a room. The staff informed us that they are no longer operating as a regular hotel and are currently only accommodating council arrangements. Despite having a valid reservation, we were turned away without any proper assistance or prior notice. This caused significant inconvenience and distress. I strongly advise others to avoid booking this property to prevent similar issues.

Stayed here last month while visiting to watch Scotland vs Denmark in the World Cup qualifiers. Great location, comfortable room, and had a really good night’s sleep. The staff were very friendly – especially the owner, Hamid Mahmood, who was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
