When we arrived, there was a minor issue with our room. It was nothing we wouldn’t have been happy to put up with, but the staff went to great lengths to sort it out straight away. All other services were also provided proactively, and we were regularly asked, in a friendly and courteous manner, if there was anything else we needed. Very accommodating and attentive! The room wasn't huge but provided everything we needed. Best value for money of all hotels on our Scotland trip!

Such an accomdating and friendly staff. We arrived early from our overnight flight and they had our rooms ready at 10 am! We also got in on breakfast right before they shut it down. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was perfect. The location is great - within walking distance of many things to do in Glasgow. Nice hotel lobby bar with ample seating.

This is our second stay here in recent times, it is a great location for shopping and theatres, with handy parking in Cambridge Street. The hotel is modern and has comfortable air conditioned rooms. Also a choice of pillows, which I really appreciate. Breakfast is the usual buffet, but well stocked and the coffee is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. But it has self check in, which avoids queues around the desk, the machine actives your room key cards too. We have enjoyed both our stays at this hotel and plan to return again when on a night out in Glasgow.

Natalie, from the front desk was so accommodating with our needed room changes. Alistair, in the breakfast area, was so very friendly especially to my son. But the most amazing thing about this hotel is the exceptional service and honesty. I was not feeling well the morning we were leaving and unfortunately left my diamond jewellery in the room. The housekeeper found the jewellery and turned them into the office for safekeeping. We returned to Canada and it was only then that I realized I had left my rings and earrings. Imagine my astonishment with the honesty of the housekeeper for turning my jewellery in. Simply amazing that I will have them returned to me. Thank you so very much!!
