About Eden House Hotel
Step into a room at Eden House Hotel and you'll find straightforward, comfortable quarters rather than anything fussy or themed - the kind of practical base that suits a night's stopover or a longer stay in Lincolnshire. Air conditioning and free WiFi are standard throughout the hotel's 21 rooms, keeping things simple but sufficient for most visits.
Downstairs, the hotel makes more of an effort to stand out. There's a restaurant and bar on site, breakfast is served each morning, and a garden with a patio area is used for afternoon tea when the weather allows. The same space doubles as a wedding venue and event room, so the hotel sees a fair amount of use beyond overnight stays. Pets are welcome, and free on-site parking and luggage storage are both provided, which helps for anyone arriving by car or breaking up a longer journey.
Eden House Hotel sits on North Parade in Grantham, giving guests an easy base for exploring the town and the wider Lincolnshire area. It's an understated choice rather than a lavish one, but the essentials - a bed, a meal, somewhere to park - are all covered.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Breakfast cancelled with no notice given. No refund given. Manager couldn’t be bothered to turn up and talk to customers. That’s rude. En-suite was terrible. Black mould in Bath/shower, dated bathroom suite. Tap in sink didn’t work. No central heating. Shocking noises in the night from water system. I’ve left it a couple of weeks for the owners to respond. Nothing. The staff were very sympathetic to the customers. But, they’re obviously getting used to apologising on the Managements behalf. I’ll be visiting Grantham regularly this year. But, I won’t be staying here.

Not a great visit unfortunately. Room was not clean, smell of drains from outside, damp stain on ceiling in bathroom and railway runs close by. On the upside, breakfast was good and staff friendly, a fan was provided for a very hot night and reception and dining area were pleasant enough . Location within walking distance of pubs and restaurants if Grantham is to your taste ? To sum up, we won't be going back.

We had a great night stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking was no trouble. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only minor issue we had was a strange squeeking sound that sounded like it was coming from the next room, like some floor boards were loose.

After seeing some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were excellent, very helpful and the breakfast very tasty with plenty of choice. Yes the room was a little tired but it was very clean and for the price I felt excellent value for money. I would have no issue spending another break at this hotel. It was also within easy walking distance of the town which was also a bonus. Well dine Eden House Hotel
