🏡 Self-Catering Cottage

Julius-Den

South Kesteven

Graham sits in rural Lincolnshire, a working village where countryside surrounds you but a pub is close by. The cottage itself is a single-storey property with everything on one level except the bedroom upstairs. Downstairs, an open-plan space combines living and dining areas with a kitchen where you can cook properly – there's a gas cooker and electric hob as well as the usual appliances. A sofa bed in the living room means the cottage sleeps four: two in the bedroom upstairs (a double bed, 4ft 6in), and two more guests on the convertible sofa below.

The bedroom has a proper bed rather than bunks or folding furniture. Upstairs you'll also find the bathroom, fitted with a bath and shower. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. There's a private parking space for one car right outside. The cottage is non-smoking.

Walking country is on your doorstep if you want it. Lincoln and its cathedral are reachable by train from Graham's station. The surrounding area has the kind of quiet that works for people who need it – families who want space to spread out, or anyone looking for a genuinely off-the-beaten-track base without sacrificing a functioning kitchen and real beds.
